Refund Eligibility and Timeframes

- Custom report services: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Annual memberships: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days of initial subscription
- One-time consultations: Refunds considered within 48 hours if service was not delivered
- Educational materials and courses: 21-day refund window from date of access
Please note that refunds are not available for services that have been fully utilized or downloaded completely. We also cannot process refunds for subscription renewals beyond the 30-day grace period.
